CANCELLATION POLICY

At Koko’s Glo Bar, your appointment time is reserved just for you. To respect both your time and mine, I kindly ask that you review the following policy: Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late Cancellations Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No-Shows Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service total. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10–15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and a fee may apply. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
